When exchanging an item, please have:

When exchanging an item the difference will be credited to the debit/ credit card used to make the original purchase or deducted if the exchange item being purchased exceeds the original amount paid, except for purchases made using PayPal. Purchases made through PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account.
